Chocolate Bliss ball recipe
Ingredients
1 cup raw sunflower seeds (soaked overnight & drained)
ΒΌ cup raw pepitas (soaked overnight & drained)
1 cup medjool dates (soaked 1hr if very dry dates)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
Shredded Coconut for coating
Using a food processor blend together drained sunflower seed and pepitas, dates, sunflower seeds and cocoa powder.
You can add other superfood powders to add even more nutritional value (eg Goji berry powder, gubungi powder)
This can then be rolled into 20c size balls and rolled in the shredded coconut.
Keep in the fridge and eat when you need a sweet fix. Limit to one serve.
